ICELAND AND "THE VIKING TOUR" - ICELAND/THE FAROES/THE SHETLANDS

These are trips to seduce your senses!
From wild landscapes of glaciers, thermal springs, snow capped mountains to breathtaking coastal scenery and archaeological sites our Iceland only and 'Viking Tour', which visits three diverse landforms in the North Atlantic, offer a feast of experiences.

The biking is a mixture of off-road and on road. On the Viking Tour in Iceland we’ve five days of fantastic biking over rugged terrain before heading south to the Faroes. Here no off-road biking is permitted but with jaw dropping coastal scenery accessed by quiet back roads who cares? Then its off to the Shetland Isles, another area of outstanding beauty with spectacular beaches, rolling heather hills and 5000 years of history all accessible on quiet roads and dirt tracks. For the Iceland only holiday we spend the week almost entirely on dirt roads surrounded by majestic scenery.

With the summer sun illuminating the land and seascapes we can stay active longer so there's plenty of time to explore and take in all the sights.
These trips are dedicated to those who relish remote wide-open spaces, diverse scenery and abundant wildlife…and all to be experienced from the saddle!
